Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 1, 2026

This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ (PII) is being used online and in our applications. PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our website and mobile applications.

What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or use our apps?

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address or other details to help you with your experience.

When using our mobile applications, you may enter personal data such as body measurements, profile information (such as name and biological sex), photos, and notes. This data is stored on your device and, if you choose to enable cloud sync, in your private iCloud account.

When do we collect information?

We collect information from you when you subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, Open a Support Ticket or enter information on our site.
Provide us with feedback on our products or services.
When you enter data into our mobile applications, such as body measurements, profile details, or photos.
When you use our mobile applications, we may automatically collect anonymous usage analytics and device information (such as device model and operating system version) to help us improve our products.

How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

  • To provide and improve our products and services.
  • To send periodic emails regarding your order or other products and services.
  • To follow up with them after correspondence (live chat, email or phone inquiries).
  • To analyze anonymous usage data to improve app functionality and user experience.

Optional anonymized data contributions

Some of our applications may offer you the opportunity to contribute anonymized data to help improve our products. This is always voluntary and opt-in — we will never collect this data without your explicit consent, which you can provide or withdraw at any time in the app’s Settings.

When you choose to contribute, we collect only anonymized, non-identifiable data. This may include processed images (such as silhouette outlines with no photographic detail), general body proportions, device model, and operating system version. We do not collect your name, account information, device identifiers, location, or any data that could be used to identify you personally.

Anonymized data is stored on secure servers (Amazon Web Services) and is used solely to train and improve our measurement algorithms. Because this data is fully anonymized and cannot be linked to any individual, it cannot be individually retrieved or deleted after submission. Original photos are never stored or transmitted — only processed, non-identifiable representations.

Cloud synchronization

Some of our applications allow you to sync your data across your Apple devices using Apple’s iCloud service. When enabled, your data is stored in your private iCloud account and is subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud account or credentials.

How do we protect your information?

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Data stored on your device within our mobile applications remains on your device unless you choose to enable cloud sync or opt in to anonymized data contributions as described above.

Do we use ‘cookies’?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

We use cookies to:

  • Compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interactions in order to offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may also use trusted third-party services that track this information on our behalf.

You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Since each browser is a little different, look at your browser’s Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.

Our mobile applications do not use cookies.

Third-party services

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information.

We may use the following third-party services in our website and applications:

Some of our applications display ads provided by Google AdMob. Google, as a third-party vendor, may use device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device’s privacy settings or by visiting the Google Ad Settings page.

Data retention

Data you enter into our mobile applications is stored on your device for as long as you keep the app installed, or until you delete it within the app. If you use cloud sync, your data is retained in your iCloud account until you delete it.

Anonymized data submitted through optional contribution programs is retained indefinitely, as it cannot be linked to any individual and is used for ongoing product improvement.

Your choices

  • You may delete your data within our applications at any time.
  • You may disable cloud synchronization in your device’s iCloud settings.
  • You may opt out of anonymized data contributions at any time in the app’s Settings.
  • You may opt out of website analytics as described in the cookies section above.

Children’s privacy

Our applications are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date above. You are advised to review this privacy policy periodically for any changes.
